Townsville City Netball is pleased to introduce Zoe Marini to the team as Operations Manager. Zoe is passionate about netball having played on and off since age five. Having relocated from Adelaide 5 years ago, Zoe is now a Townsville local who brings her experience in disability & management to North Queensland. Already equipped with a Bachelor in Psychology, Zoe is currently studying honours and in her free time enjoys true crime, gym, hiking, photography, puzzles, chess and the stock market.

Zoe is excited that her background and passion for netball will drive the Association's success and elevate TCNAI to the forefront of the sport, providing players with a clear pathway. Additionally, Zoe looks forward to connecting our community and offering a safe space for people to come together and grow.

Townsville City Netball Association is pleased to welcome Joseph Watson to the team as Pathways Manager. Joseph is incredibly passionate about netball and its future having represented QLD Suns Mens Netball as a player since 2019 and is also a current Australian U23 Men's Player who will play in the Trans Tasman series against New Zealand in October. Joseph is an excellent communicator with a history in retail communications who is dedicated to the development of young athletes and to the expansion of this sport that brings us all together.

Joseph lives and breathes netball, spending the majority of his free time playing, training, or coaching netball and he is excited to commence his career in the sport at TCNAI.

With the establishment of the TCNAI Ruby North team competing in 2025 Joseph is committed to creating a high-performance environment and ensuring that the players, coaches, umpires and other stakeholders get the absolute most from this opportunity. Expanding on this Joseph looks forward to providing up and coming athletes, coaches and umpires opportunities for development that leads to recognition at the highest levels of netball, and pave a definitive pathway that rewards their efforts.

Please join us in welcoming Joseph & Zoe to the team.
